For now, rustine.io does one thing with your data: tell you when Rustine opens.
What we keep
- your email address;
- the language of the page you signed up on;
- the sign-up date and the version of the consent sentence you saw;
- a salted fingerprint of your IP address, which cannot be turned back into it, to block mass sign-ups.
Why
To email you on launch day. The legal basis is your consent, given by sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long
Until launch, then six months at most. If you create an account in the meantime, these entries are removed from the waitlist.
Who can see it
Only MBEN DEV. Nothing is sold or shared. Data is hosted in Germany, at Hetzner (European Union).
Visit statistics
We measure traffic with Umami, self-hosted in the European Union: no cookie, no advertising identifier, IP addresses not stored.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection: write to contact@rustine.io, we answer within a month. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
